Eucharist Miracle Eucharist Miracles

Thank you, Excellency

The fullness of priesthood given to Mons. Claudio Gatti directly by God, after the election, by Jesus, of Peter and the apostles to bishops, is something unique, great, important and extraordinary in the history of the Church.

Don Claudio has experienced the same gift with responsibility, love and suffering; he understood his episcopacy as a service to members of the community and to the entire Catholic Church, which he has shown to love till the end.

We cannot fully understand the meaning of this ordination, but we have a conviction: God, through the gift of episcopacy, has planted the seeds of the new Church "Remember, the seed was cast everywhere, and by now has reached the whole world" (Letter to God, October 21, 2001).

How has humanity received the Son of God? "The light shines in the darkness, but the darkness has not understood it" (John 1:5). How were received the interventions of God, which occurred here in Rome, in the thaumaturgic place?

This is the story uniting the works of God, the common theme describing them: men do not accept the plan of God; actually they fight it for they are too tied to the scheme of earthly life and are committed to accumulate power and money, refusing and resisting the will of God.

In the same way, even the gift of episcopacy was not accepted and respected by men, particularly by the Church hierarchy, despite the seal of the Eucharistic miracle of June 11, 2000; how many fights had had to fight our Bishop.

Dear Excellency, now from Heaven you intercede with Daddy God for our Church: she looks like a ship adrift at sea without a certain guide. Help the community you established to move forward, to continue this mission you were entrusted with for as long as God willed, and that we are committing ourselves, despite our limitations, to continue. We know and we feel you are there, same as Marisa, and we always have before our eyes your way of life, your Christian love and sincerity that we are called up to imitate if we want to be authentic witnesses and guardians of the works that occurred in this place. Thank you, Excellency
