Chronicle of the relationships between the Ecclesiastical Authority and the Bishop ordained by God in consequence of the apparitions of the Mother of the Eucharist and of the occurrence of the eucharistic miracles
24th September 1993: Don Claudio informs Mons. Nosiglia that in Rome on October 24, 1993 the public apparitions of the Mother of the Eucharist will start. He gives to the auxiliary Bishop the drafts of Our Lady's messages and explains to him the criteria, methods and subjects of the catechesis he wishes to develop to prepare the attendants to live the marian apparitions with seriousness and responsibility.
13th March 1994: Don Claudio writes to the Pope to inform him about the defamatory campaign stirred up against him. As he fears to be deprived of the faculty of celebrating the H. Mass in our chapel, he implores the H. Father to intervene so that it may not happen.
10th May 1994: Mons. Nosiglia informs Don Claudio that Mons. Zega was nominated "observer" to follow the alleged apparitions and he will contact him as soon as possible. The observer never contacted him, neither by telephone.
29th June 1994: Don Claudio writes to the Pope to inform him that the defamatory campaign against him has turned bitter.
15th November 1994: Don Claudio writes to Card. Ruini to complain that around himself he feels: suspects, slanders, mistrust, hostility.
6th December 1994: Card. Ruini, in the presence of Mons. Nosiglia, informs Don Claudio that "as we have to investigate, for pastoral reasons I take back the faculty of celebrating the H. Mass in the chapel". At first Mons. Nosiglia forbids the biblical catecheses, the prayer meetings and the spiritual retirements in our chapel and after Don Claudio's remonstrances allows them, but limits the number of attendants to 50.
23rd December 1994: Don Claudio writes to the Pope again to be helped to defend the truth.
6th January 1995: Don Claudio writes to Card. Ruini to defend himself from defamatory accusations addressed to him by priests, nuns and laymen he knows.
13th February 1995: Card. Ruini writes to Don Claudio to inform him that he deems necessary a verification of the religious activity of the Movement, that he entrusted to Mons. De Angelis, Mons. Tuzia and father Castellano.
2nd April 1995: The three priests meet Don Claudio and Marisa. The meeting takes place in a respectful and serene atmosphere, but no minutes are written.
18th September 1995: Don Claudio writes to Card. Ruini to inform him about the first great eucharistic miracle happened on September 14. He quotes what was affirmed by the press and some TV reports that cited the negative judgement of the Vicariate: "Case of religious pathology". This judgement was issued without examining "the events" and interrogating the witnesses.
23rd October 1995: Don Claudio writes to Card. Ruini to inform him that new eucharistic miracles have happened.
30th October 1995: Card. Ruini writes to Don Claudio to inform him that a commission was nominated to examine the events. It includes, besides the three priests already indicated, father Roberto Zavalloni and is presided by Mons. Nosiglia.
1st November 1995: Don Claudio informs Card. Ruini by letter that new eucharistic miracles have happened.
14th November 1995: Don Claudio writes to the Pope to inform him about the great eucharistic miracles happened at Via delle Benedettine in Rome. He informs him that oppositions, slanders and defamations against us have increased very much.
28th November 1995: Three members of the Commission (Castellano, Tuzia e Zavalloni) after telling Don Claudio he could not participate, subject Marisa to an interrogatory in which they show: aggressivenenss, superficiality of affirmations, calumny, plagiarism, manipulation, extortion of affirmations, flattery and contradictions. Marisa is defined: false, heretic, possessed, sacrilegious. She is accused of having broken the Church into two and of being against the Church. The messages are defined "rubbish". The hosts are brought by the devil. No minutes of this interrogatory are written.
28th November 1995: While Marisa was interrogated, Don Marco Fibbi wrote to Mr. Fred Chavez, responsible of the "Apparitions List" of Internet, that the Vicariate advises against adding the revelations of Marisa Rossi in "Apar-L", because it is contrary to their diffusion. The Vicariate issued this judgement without having the elements to do it. Both interrogatories are null because no minutes were written and the witnesses of the eucharistic miracles were not interrogated.
1st December 1995: Don Claudio meets Mons. Nosiglia, Mons. Tuzia, father Castellano and father Zavalloni at the Vicariate. Mons. Nosiglia affirms that the meeting with Marisa is null, because no minutes were written. Moreover he confirms that in the messages given by Don Claudio at the Vicariate before their publication there is nothing contrary to the Word of God and to the teaching of the Church.
16th January 1996: Mons. Nosiglia, assisted by Mons. Tuzia and in the presence of Don Claudio, meets Marisa who has a cordial and respectful conversation. No minutes were written.
26th March 1996: In the Vicariate Mons. Nosiglia, in the presence of the registrar Filippo Tucci, without ever talking to him about it and without ever forbidding the worship of the hosts appearing in Marisa's hands, gives Don Claudio a decree on Ruini's behalf that forbids the worship of the hosts and in the case of non-observance the suspension a divinis is threatened to Don Claudio.
17th April 1996: Don Claudio meets Card. Ruini, in the presence of Mons. Nosiglia and Mons. De Angelis. The cardinal affirms he doesn't believe in the marian apparitions and the eucharistic miracles. He cites events happened 30 years before and reported by a priest caught "in turpibus" by Marisa. He doubts of Marisa's psychic equilibrium . Don Claudio shows him the results of the examinations performed on Marisa by specialists of the University of Rome who concluded that "Marisa Rossi is not affected by any neurological and psychiatric pathology. Also during the referred mystic contact no pathological data were evidenced".
7th May 1996: Don Claudio writes to Mons. Moretti to complain that photocopies of the decree have been spread and voices affirm that he was suspended a divinis.
13th June 1996: Two members of the community, entrusted by Don Claudio, send to Card. Josef Ratzinger a detailed report about Our Lady's apparitions, the eucharistic miracles and Card. Ruini's decree issued against him and ask some questions.
5th December 1996: Don Claudio writes to te Pope to inform him about our difficult situation.
13th January 1997: Mons. Nosiglia shows to Don Claudio a second decree not yet signed by Ruini by which, besides riveting to forbid the worship of the hosts, he is ordered to stop biblical catecheses and prayer meeting. Don Claudio makes notice that the second point is in contrast with what is established by canons: 214, 216, 217 of the Code of Canon Law and for this reason, in the case the decree is signed, he will be compelled to make a hierarchical petition. Mons. Nosiglia assures that hw would talk to Ruini about it.
14th March 1997: Mons. Nosiglia, in the presence of Mons. De Angelis and Don Giuseppe Tonello, gives Don Claudio a new decree substantially identical to the previous one, it just contains one more request: to give the messages of the Mother of the Eucharist to the Ecclesiastical Authority before publishing them. To the question: "Why have you issued a decree identical to the previous one?" Don Claudio doesn't receive any answer.
17th March 1997: Don Claudio asks Card. Ruini to revoke the second decree.
18th April 1997: Don Claudio meets Mons. Nosiglia who tells him to be worried about his spiritual situation and of the souls coming to Via delle Benedettine. When Don Claudio asks him: "What do you reproach me for?" he receives this answer: "You must obey to the Church", and to his request: "When did I disobey?" follows an embarrassed silence. The conversation is not serene and ends with this phrase: "You and I have nothing else to say to each other. Form now on we will talk directly to the faithful".
25th April 1997: Don Claudio receives by mail Ruini's reply to his request of revoking the decree: I confirm my decree issued on February 24, 1997, # 148.
27th February 1998: Don Claudio writes to Card. Ruini to inform him about the Lord's order to celebrate the H. Mass in our chapel, on the occasion of the anniversary of his priestly ordination.
5th March 1998: Through the telephone Mons. Nosiglia tells Don Claudio that he cannot celebrate the H. Mass in his chapel and that it is forbidden by the decrees. Don Claudio makes him notice that in the decrees this prohibition is not written.
6th March 1998: Don Giuseppe Tonello, registrar of the Vicariate, gives personally to Don Claudio at his home the third decree that says: "In the case Don Claudio transgresses somehow to the order #1, he will incur in the latae sententiae suspension".
13th March 1998: Don Claudio writes to Ruini to reject the decree and to ask for a new one.
1st April 1998: Mons. Nosiglia gives Don Claudio a letter on Ruini's behalf who inforns him he is suspended a divinis and the reasons that induced him to do it.
12th April 1998: Don Claudio writes to Ruini to inform him that, in his opinion, the suspension is null and void.
12th April 1998: Don Claudio writes to the episcopal council of Rome for the same reason.
1st May 1998: Don Claudio writes to cardinals, bishops and priests of the Church. He informs them about the marian apparitions and the eucharistic miracles happening at Via delle Benedettine.
8th September 1998: Don Claudio informs Ruini about Christ's order or stopping all relationships with him, until he recognizes all his mistakes.
24th October 1998: Don Claudio informs the priests of Rome about the attitude of the Vicariate towards us.
4th November 1998: Don Claudio makes a petition against the suspension a divinis, writing to Card. Castrillon, prefect of the Congregation of Clergy.
23rd January 1999: Marisa, who met the Pope many times in bi-location, writes to Mons. Stanislaw Dziwiz to ask him to talk to him personally.
24th May 1999: The young people of the community write to Card. Sodano to defend Don Claudio.
17th June 1999: Don Claudio writes to Mons. Dziwiz so that he may inform the Pope about what is happening.
17th June 1999: The young people write to the Pope to invite him to take a position about the eucharistic miracles.
29th June 1999: H.E. Mons. Claudio Gatti writes to the cardinals, bishops and priests of the Church to inform them about Ruini and Nosiglia's order of throwing away the Eucharist that had bled.
7th October 1999: The Bishop Claudio Gatti invites the Bishops of Italy to take a position about the eucharistic miracles.
15th June 2000: The member of the community inform the cardinals, bishops and priests of the Church about the eucharistic miracles happened between our Bishop Claudio Gatti's hands while he was celebrating the Mass.
8th April 2001: After the diffusion of the communication released by the C.E.I. the Bishop Claudio Gatti writes to the Bishops of Italy to inform them about our situation.
24th October 2001: The members of the community write to the priests of Rome to defend the Pope, whose invocation to the Mother of the Eucharist was censored and not reported on "L'Osservatore Romano".
31st March 2002: The Bishop Claudio Gatti writes to the non-italian cardinal sto inform them about the eucharistic miracles and attitude of the Vicariate.
6th January 2003: The Bishop ordained by God explains the reasons for his reduction to the lay state is null and void by a letter sent to the Cardinals, to the Bishops of Italy, to the Vicariate and to the priests of Rome.
24th October 2003: The Bishop ordained by God writes to cardinals Ratzinger, Ruini, Bertone, Sodano, Arinse, Re, Sepe, Castrillon, Pompedda to ask them to show him the original decree of his reduction to the lay state and an authenticated photocopy of it.
25th January 2004: The Bishop ordained by God explains to the cardinals, bishops and priests of the Church the reasons for Ratzinger, Ruini and Bertone are excommunicated latae sententiae.
14th Sepember 2005: The Bishop ordained by God writes to Benedict XVI to invite him to examine again his case to avoid in the future a serious scandal may burst out.
8th December 2005: The Bishop of the Eucharist sends, just to inform them, the same letter to the cardinals and bishops of Italy.
6th January 2007: To 34 cardinals, 3 bishops, 7 priests, whose name were indicated by Our Lady, is sent a letter that reports the interpretation of the revealed fragment of the third secret of Fatima.
